2025 TSM Meeting

Overview

Dates: March 6-8, 2025
Location: University of Houston, College of Optometry

The 2025 TSM Meeting, hosted by the University of Houston’s College of Optometry, will take place from March 6-8, 2025. This annual event brings together experts and enthusiasts in microscopy to share knowledge, showcase the latest advancements, and network with peers. The meeting features hands-on workshops, a scientific conference, and a vendor fair, along with platform and poster presentations. Highlights include talks from distinguished invited speakers in physical and life sciences, as well as opportunities for students to apply for travel support. Early registration discounts are available until February 1, 2025.

Registration Details

Early Registration (before February 1, 2025)

• Students: $50
• Regular Members: $150
• Corporate Members: $350

Note: A 3% processing fee applies to all registrations.

Late Registration (after February 1, 2025)

• Students: $60
• Regular Members: $200

Travel Support for Students

• Over 50 miles from the venue: $200
• Within 50 miles of the venue: $50

Available to presenting students (poster or oral presentation) during registration.

Meeting – March 7 & 8th 2025

The scientific meeting and vendor fair will be at the Student Center of the University of Houston (Ballroom).

Social Reception – March 6th, 2025

There will be a reception on Thursday evening the 6th of March 2025 at 7 p.m. (location: TBD). This will be a great opportunity to meet and talk to colleagues, friends and vendors and to enjoy good food.
